Technical Experience:

Establishing quality systems according to guidelines for Cosmetics in the EU. Education of cosmetic professionals in cooperation with SPT and the competent Danish authorities. 38 years of experience with substitution of problematic ingredients. 32 years of experience in research and development of Cosmetics. 12 years of experience as Consultant in Cosmetics.

Management Experience:

Member of a number of boards and leder for a number of projects.

Teaching Experience:

Experienced teacher and educator.
